You can upload tax documents and other information to us by logging into your Soraban account. If you don't have a Soraban account, please contact our office and we will assist you.
Soraban provides an intuitive, encrypted environment designed exclusively for tax professionals and their clients. By transmitting your confidential financial records through Soraban instead of unencrypted email, your Social Security numbers, bank accounts, and personal identifiers remain fully safeguarded.

Tax Preparation Checklist
To expedite the preparation of your returns, please gather and upload the following applicable documents to your Soraban account:
- Income Forms: W-2s, 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-R (Retirement), SSA-1099 (Social Security).
- Business Records: Year-end Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Form 1099 disbursements, and Delaware gross receipts records.
- Pass-Through Entities: Schedule K-1 from S-Corporations, Partnerships, Estates, or Trusts.
- Deductions & Credits: Mortgage interest (Form 1098), real estate property tax receipts, HSA (Form 1099-SA / 5498-SA), and charitable donations.
- New Clients: Copy of prior year's federal and state tax returns and government-issued photo ID.

Call 302-322-1135 or submit our contact form requesting access to our digital client upload portal.
Activate Account
You will receive an automated, encrypted invitation link from Soraban to establish your secure password.
Upload Securely
Drag and drop your tax documents and notify Adam R. Necelis, CPA that your files are ready for review.
